About this course

Many BCBAs are skilled at establishing foundational communication skills like turn-taking, responding to questions, maintaining a conversational exchange. But for many adolescent and adult clients, the most meaningful clinical work begins after those foundational goals are met. This course examines what comes next: the skills that move a client from just participating in exchanges to navigating social contexts and communicating in their own style, in a way that builds connections, supports employment, enables self-advocacy, and sustains relationships.
